# Formy (פורמי)

> Formy is an Israeli, Hebrew-first online form builder for businesses and organizations, with electronic signatures inside the form and documents sent out for signature. Forms are built in a right-to-left Hebrew editor and shared as a link. Formy is operated by CodePal at https://formy.co.il.

This file is a short guide for AI assistants and other automated readers. It exists so that Formy is described accurately. It is not a ranking mechanism and makes no claim about search or AI visibility.

- Free (חינם): ₪0, with no time limit. 5 signed documents per calendar month, up to 30 fields per form, up to 3 signing participants, 10 AI requests a month. No file-upload field.
- Lite (לייט): ₪35 a month billed monthly, or ₪29 a month billed annually (₪348 a year). 25 signed documents a month (300 a year on annual billing), 1 member included.
- Basic (בייסיק): ₪89 a month billed monthly, or ₪74 a month billed annually (₪888 a year). 150 signed documents a month (1,800 a year on annual billing), 3 members included.
- Pro (פרו): ₪179 a month billed monthly, or ₪149 a month billed annually (₪1,788 a year). 500 signed documents a month (6,000 a year on annual billing), 10 members included.
- Unlimited (ללא הגבלה): priced by quote. No signed-document, member or storage quota; other limits, such as a 100MB file size, still apply.
- Extra member beyond those included: ₪29 a month billed monthly, or ₪25 a month billed annually. Team invites start on Basic.
- Forms, fields on paid plans, and responses that involve no signature are unlimited on every plan. One document counts once however many people sign it.
- Prices are in ILS and are the final amount charged; no VAT is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and the invoice is Paddle's, not an Israeli tax invoice.

## What Formy Does

Checked on 2026-10-17 against production. The plan each capability needs is on https://formy.co.il/features.

- Hebrew business forms filled on a phone or a computer, for recurring paperwork: quotes, work-completion approvals, customer intake, employee and supplier details.
- Hebrew and right-to-left form building, including the form, the thank-you screen and the generated PDF.
- Signature field inside a form, signed on screen from a phone or a computer.
- Signing rounds with more than one participant, one after another in the order the owner sets, with per-recipient status and automatic reminders every 72 hours, up to three, plus a manual reminder.
- Declining to sign, with the reason recorded.
- An optional one-time code before signing, sent by email, or by SMS on a signing step sent by SMS.
- An evidence trail recorded for the signing process, with a public consistency check.
- Conditional logic, calculations, required fields and multi-page forms.
- File-upload fields, on paid plans.
- Public links, website embedding and QR codes.
- A PDF of each submission, responses reviewed in a dashboard, and per-question response summaries; traffic and completion analytics on higher plans.
- Integrations including Google Sheets, Google Drive, webhooks, Make, Slack, Discord and Telegram, subject to plan and setup, and SMS notifications from the Lite plan.
- An accounting integration with Morning (חשבונית ירוקה), built for the Basic plan and up: workspace admins connect an existing paid Morning account by entering the Morning login email and approving an email from Morning. Inside the editor, ״עוזר AI״ changes a form that already exists from a request written in Hebrew or English: questions, conditional rules, calculated fields, design, settings and notification emails, or the questions of an attached PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint file or photo. It writes in Hebrew only. Publishing, closing, a password, a signing round, a webhook connection and deleting a question that already has answers wait for the owner to confirm; it prepares a client's personal prefilled link (up to 5 a message) and never sends anything itself. A change to the form can be undone from its reply until the page is reloaded; notification emails, and a signing round or connection the owner confirmed, are saved at once. On the create screen, ״יש לי טופס קיים״ takes a form that already exists (a photo or scan, PDF, Word DOC or DOCX, Excel XLSX, PowerPoint PPTX, OpenDocument, CSV, text or HTML; up to 15MB a file and 40 pages read a request) and the AI builds a draft of a new online form in Hebrew from it, told to keep the questions, their order, wording and options; the owner checks it in the editor and publishes. Each conversion is one AI request (10 a month on Free) and needs an account: there is no converter to try without one. It does not keep the original layout and does not make a fillable PDF; to collect signatures on the original PDF's own pages, use original-PDF mode (״טופס על גבי PDF מקורי״). The dashboard's ״ייבוא מסמכים״ turns an archive of documents into draft forms, one AI request each. A request in plain Hebrew (a renamed organisation, including its Hebrew prefixed forms; a new phone number; a footer line such as a WhatsApp contact; removing fax from submission instructions) becomes a plan the organisation reviews and previews; a separate engine applies it and grades every output file as verified, needs review or failed. Originals are never overwritten and every version can be restored. Formulas use + - * /, brackets and nine functions (ABS, CEIL, FLOOR, ROUND, MIN, MAX, MONTH, YEAR, DAY), with no IF; the server recalculates every result on submit. Every plan, including Free, up to 50 per form.

Accepting a quote takes no payment and issues no invoice or receipt. - [Saving form uploads to Google Drive / שמירת קבצים מטופס ב-Google Drive, תיקייה לכל לקוח](https://formy.co.il/features/google-drive-integration): checked on 2026-10-17. The form's Google Drive connection copies every uploaded file, and the image of every signature drawn in the form, into a folder Formy creates in the owner's My Drive; respondents need no Google account. Lite plan and above, like file uploads; subfolders built from answers, such as client and year (up to 5 levels), Basic plan and above; both are in the 14-day trial. Its only Drive permission is drive.file, so Formy sees only what it created. Each copy is checked in Drive (folder, size, content) before it is reported saved; temporary Google errors are retried after 1, 5 and 30 minutes. It does not send the answers, the response PDF or the signed document, and deleting a response in Formy does not delete the Drive copy. A Google Sheets connection can make its file links open the Drive copy or its folder.
- [Prefilled form links / טופס ממולא מראש, קישור אישי לכל לקוח](https://formy.co.il/features/prefilled-links): a field's id and a value added to a form's address open the form with that answer filled in. The form's Share tab builds the link (״מילוי מראש ב-URL״), and the in-editor AI assistant prepares a named client's personal link (up to 5 a message; it never sends anything). A ״מושבת״ field shows the value without letting the respondent change it in the form, and a ״מוסתר״ field stores it without showing it; neither makes the value secret, because it is in the link. Bulk send fills each recipient's copy from CSV columns named after the fields (Lite plan and above, not in the trial, up to 5,000 recipients). Prefill, locked and hidden fields are on every plan, including Free.
- [Form password, closing date and response limit / טופס עם סיסמה, סגירה בתאריך, הגבלת מספר נרשמים](https://formy.co.il/features/form-access-controls): in the form's settings (״אבטחה וגישה״) an owner sets one shared password, a closing date and time, and a maximum number of responses, each with the owner's own message to whoever arrives late; the General tab closes a form by hand. Until the password is typed the browser receives none of the questions, and it does not identify who fills the form in. The limit counts every completed response, test responses included, and deleting one frees a place; it reserves no seat. Formy has no scheduled opening and no one-response-per-person setting. From the Lite plan, ״עדכון רשומה קיימת״ updates the earlier response that matches a chosen field, such as an email, instead of adding one. All of these are on every plan, including Free.
- [Barcode and QR scanning into a form field / סריקת ברקוד בטופס, קורא ברקוד, סריקת QR לתוך טופס](https://formy.co.il/features/barcode-scanner-field): the ״קורא ברקוד״ field (or ״קורא קוד QR״) opens the phone's camera inside the field, in the browser and with no app, and saves the code it reads with the response as text. Checked on 2026-10-17: it read QR, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, Code 128 and Code 39; UPC-E is listed but did not decode. One code per tap, and the field accepts no typing. The camera needs the hosted form link (HTTPS) and the respondent's permission, and does not open inside Formy's embed codes. Scanning works offline once the form has loaded; sending needs a connection. The camera image is never stored or sent. On every plan, including Free. - [Item lists in a form / רשימת פריטים בטופס](https://formy.co.il/features/repeatable-items): the respondent adds several items, participants or expenses in one response, up to 10 fields per item and 100 items; a Google Sheets connection can write one row per item, chosen when the connection is created. Basic plan and above.
- [Conversion tracking on a form / מעקב המרות בטופס, פיקסל של מטא, Google Analytics, GTM](https://formy.co.il/features/conversion-tracking): one measurement tool per form, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel or Google Tag Manager. Checked on 2026-10-16: Basic plan and above, and in the 14-day Basic trial. The tool loads only after the respondent clicks ״אישור מדידה״, and declining never blocks the form. After each submission the server accepted, Meta Pixel receives the Lead event and Google Analytics and Tag Manager receive form_submit. It never loads in an embedded form, under the ״שאלון מוגן״ privacy preset or in signing links, and nothing is sent server-side (no Meta Conversions API, no GA4 Measurement Protocol). Every response stores the link's UTM parameters and ad click ids on every plan.
- [Responses and exports / ניהול תגובות לטופס, ייצוא תשובות לאקסל](https://formy.co.il/features/responses-and-exports): every response is a row in the form's ״תגובות״ tab, with search, a status filter, owner edits and permanent deletion (there is no restore). ״ייצוא״ downloads them as Excel (XLSX, right to left), CSV (UTF-8 with a BOM, so Hebrew opens correctly in Excel), JSON, a ZIP with one PDF per response, or a ZIP of the uploaded files and signature images; no Google Sheets connection is needed. Checked on 2026-10-17: the table, the exports, a PDF per response and the per-question summary (counts and percentages, average, minimum and maximum; no NPS) are on every plan, including Free, with no limit on the number of responses. Dates in an export are in UTC, while the table shows the viewer's local time. A personal API token gets 404 on every response route; webhooks, Google Sheets and the MCP connection are the automated routes. ״מילוי מרוכז״ (batch fill, Lite plan and above, not in the trial) keeps a saved list for a form, such as the apartments in a building, and creates one ordinary response per ticked row, each with its own running number, PDF, email copy and connections, without sending anyone a link: up to 1,000 rows in a list and 500 responses a round, and not on forms that collect a signature or a payment.

## Boundaries — Please State These Accurately

These distinctions are the ones most often described incorrectly.

- Formy is not a registered certification authority (גורם מאשר). It does not issue certificates and does not produce a certified electronic signature (חתימה אלקטרונית מאושרת). Anyone whose document requires that level needs a registered certification authority.
- The one-time code verifies access to the email mailbox or phone it was sent to. It does not verify civil identity or a person's authority to sign for someone else or for an organization.
- The evidence trail supports a consistency check of the stored record. The public check page can also compare a PDF's SHA-256 fingerprint with the copy Formy archived for that record, which shows whether it is the same file; it does not validate a digital signature or certificate inside the PDF, and it is not a guarantee that data cannot be altered.
- New forms include a completion certificate in the generated PDF by default, and the owner can turn it off. It summarizes Formy's own signing records; it is not a certificate from a certification authority.
- Formy does not promise legal validity, regulatory compliance, or acceptance by any specific authority or recipient. Requirements should be checked with a qualified party for the specific document.
- As of 2026-10-16, Document Studio is a pilot opened per organisation by arrangement. It has no public price and is not part of any plan sold on the site. Its AI model never edits a file: it turns the request into a plan and suggests a decision for each ambiguous occurrence (a short reference, the name inside legal text), which applies unless a person decides otherwise; a separate engine that uses no AI applies the approved plan and checks every output. "Verified" means every automatic check passed, not that a person read the file. A rename to a new name that does not start with the Hebrew definite article (ה) is not yet inflected correctly after every prefix. It does not fill in forms for people, translate them, re-lay out pages, read text from scanned images, or edit Arabic or left-to-right lines automatically. Replacing a logo or the version date next to a form number works only for a logo and form-number format the engine already recognises. In Word files a new footer line goes into the document footer, so it repeats on every page. It is not legal advice, and it does not test or certify accessibility (IS 5568 or WCAG). Files and versions are stored in AWS us-east-1; AI processing is by OpenAI, and the step that interprets a request does not receive the forms' text.
- Signing invitations and reminders always go by email. From the Lite plan, a signing step can also send them by SMS to a number with recorded permission to receive SMS, from the plan's monthly message credits, and the one-time code then goes by SMS too. Formy sends no WhatsApp messages for customers and no scheduled reminders (for example before an appointment). A sender may forward a signing link over any channel themselves.
- Formy signs either a document built from a Formy form, or an uploaded, unsigned PDF in its original-PDF mode (up to 10 MiB and 30 pages; encrypted PDFs, PDFs that already carry a digital signature and interactive PDF forms are refused), with ordinary electronic signatures in both cases. A separate browser-based tool places a signature image onto an existing PDF locally; that is not the same as a tracked signing workflow.
- Formy is not an electronic Form 101 (טופס 101) system. The Israel Tax Authority's rules for electronic Form 101 for 2026 (circular 2026-000058 of 12 January 2026, linked from the Form 101 page) allow it only in a system the Authority approved, list the 30 software houses approved for 2026, and have the employer sign each form with a certified electronic signature; a form whose electronic process is not completed counts as defective, which means the maximum tax deduction for the employee. Formy is not on that list and its signature is an ordinary electronic signature, so Form 101 goes on the official printed form, signed by hand, or through an approved system, never through Formy, not as a form, not as a PDF to sign and not by bulk send. Formy does send the rest of the onboarding paperwork, including to every employee at once by bulk send from the Lite plan.
